🌻 Did you know there are hundreds of different diets out there? Atkins, KETO, Paleo, Whole 30, vegetarian, South Beach, Blood Type, Cabbage Soup, Raw Food, Vegan, there’s even an Ice Cream diet 😂.
🌻With so many choices and so much information telling you what to eat, what not to eat, what’s good for you and what’s not good for you – no wonder there’s so much confusion around food😳! Why do some diets seem to work on some people and others don’t? It’s a question almost all of my clients have.

🌻Bio-individuality simply means we’re all different! We are individuals not only in our looks, the way we live, where we live but in the way our bodies metabolize food and the way our body reacts to different foods. Some of us thrive on a plant based diet, others prefer eating meat, other just seafood. Research has shown that our blood type may have a factor in which foods we should or shouldn’t eat.
🌻 No one diet or lifestyle works for everyone – one person’s food can be another person’s poison. Every food effects individuals differently. You have to find out what works for you!Seems hard but it doesn’t have to be – you just need someone who can help you figure it out!
